I am an accredited integrative counsellor with over 10 years’ experience working with adult clients. I believe meaningful change grows from a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
My Approach to Therapy
My work is informed by an awareness of early relationships and the impact of trauma. I take a whole person approach, tailoring therapy to your individual experiences, needs, and hopes. My style is relational and collaborative—I don’t “do therapy to” you, instead, I work alongside you to explore what feels difficult, upsetting, or unclear in your life.

I find clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected, struggling to cope as they once could, or wanting change without knowing how to begin. Others seek support following a distressing or traumatic experience that continues to affect them. Whatever your reason for seeking support, my aim is to meet you where you are, in your own unique experience and circumstances.
I believe finding the right therapist is important and I welcome open conversations about whether we feel like a good fit. If I’m not best placed to support your needs, I’ll help you find a suitable alternative.

Professional Qualifications and Experience
Alongside my clinical role, I have significant experience in senior leadership and teaching roles within therapy training institutes and the charitable sector. I value my work as a clinical supervisor, a role which sees me supporting the work of experienced practitioners as well as trainee therapists and those in the infancy of their practice.

I am committed to regular, ongoing continued professional development. I undertake a variety of additional trainings annually to continue to enhance my clinical practice and maintain professional standards and integrity.

Rates
Counselling: £60 per 50 minute session
Supervision: £95 per 90 minute session, £65 per 60 minutes session

Concessionary fees upon request for trainee therapists or those in financial hardship, subject to availability.
