My name is Tracey and I offer a warm, welcoming and friendly counselling service for Adults and Young people – in person as well as via telephone and on-line.

I will provide you with a safe and confidential space to work through anything you may be finding difficult to face alone – such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss.
I can offer evening and weekend appointments.

At times we all need help coping with life’s challenges. Sometimes we just need to talk, and to be heard. Being able to share what is going on for you with someone who knows how to listen can bring enormous relief.
Together we will build a trusting and supportive relationship, within which we can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
My qualification is in integrative counselling, which essentially means my training involved learning and understanding multiple counselling theories, and how these can best help clients.
My main approach to counselling is a Person-centred one. I believe the relationship between Counsellor and client is at the heart of everything we do, and I provide a supportive environment in which you can start to understand yourself better.
My life experience includes many years of working with children and young people, as well as experience of working as a school counsellor. Alongside this, I also have much experience in working with adults across all ages and stages of life.
I have worked in the Voluntary sector as well as currently working as a Counsellor in a Charity setting.
My qualifications include:

CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling

Fees £50 per hour with concessions for students and low income.
